Sunset at Milo

A year ago I got together with my friends in Jackson, then headed to Kalamazoo to give my sister the printer Joan and I had just replaced. We set that up, then we chatted.

I left Debbie's around supper time, figuring I could get some sunset pix 'round 'bout Delton. I did, and those turned out better than I probably expected.

Barry County's Milo is hardly a place. The Michigan Farmers Hall of Fame was founded at Milo, but it's moved to Marshall. There used to be a church, and long ago Milo was a railroad stop, but nowadays the only real clue about the place is Milo Road, which Delton residents (I was one, once) use to avoid traffic around Gull Lake. Cloverdale's a more substantial place that's north of Delton.
