The tolling of the bell - a photo on Flickriver

            The little tin-clad mission church of St Andrew was brought to the village in 1919. This building, when consecrated, took the place of the railway carriage where all church services had previously been held. This railway carriage was situated in the doctor's garden and the particular plot where it stood was called Chapel Ground.
There are still regular services here but only room for about ten parishioners.
An annual flower show is held in July.
