Living in a Jungle... Hot afternoon sun setting behind our front Bamboo Gate

            The house is a house within a house. Outer walls enclose a glass-surrounded inner house. From the front, you can look all the way through to the Koi Pond. It's glorious at night when the star lights are lit outside and in. And the mirror collages I made  and hung beside or above all the doors reflect and refract light. I woke up seeing these mirror collages in my mind and immediately went ut to the garage and constructed the first of many even though I had never worked with mirror before.

See-through, but completely private, surrounded by heavy foliage... Palms, Night-Blooming Cereus (filled with hummingbirds when they bloom), 20 foot tall Cactus, Heliconias and Bromeliads in blazing color. Paradise.
