I've been showing you Purple Ruellia and its companion, the Red Passion Vine. But here is another lovely family member... Pink Ruellia. Tissuey. Crinkly. Delicate. And most attractive to bees... especially this pollen-packing wet and shiny one.

Notice the pollen wads on both visible legs. Just what this lovely creature needs to produce seeds for next year!
