XE708 British Aerospace (Avro) B.Ae 146-200QC RAF Royal Air Force MAN 03AUG20

            First flown as a passenger aircraft in Sep-93 with the British Aerospace test registration G-6-211, this aircraft was re-registered G-BVCD in Nov-93.  It was converted to a 'QC' (Quick Change) passenger / freighter in Feb-94.

The aircraft was delivered to SNC Jet Investments and leased to Air Jet (France) as F-GOMA in Jun-94.  It was wet-leased to Air France in their full livery for two years between Feb-00/Feb-02 and then wet-leased to Ciao Fly (Italy) in Jul-02.

It was repossessed by the lessor in Mar-03, sold to SNC TNT Jet Services in May-03 and leased to Axis Airways (France) the same day.  It was returned to TNT Airways and registered OO-TAY (Belgium) in Jan-06.

The aircraft was withdrawn from service in Mar-12, sold to the UK Ministry of Defence and transferred to the UK Royal Air Force later the same month, serialled ZE708.  Current (Aug-20).
