A7-BOF 2 Boeing 777-3ZGER Qatar Airways MAN 18AUG23

            In a non-standard livery, all white with titles and tail logo.

This aircraft was originally due for lease to 'V Australia' (Virgin Blue International Airlines) as VH-VGE, however the registration wasn't used and it was delivered to the lessor and leased to 'V Australia' as VH-VPF in Sep-09.

'V Australia' was renamed Virgin Australia Airlines in May-11.  The aircraft was withdrawn from service in Apr-20 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

It was originally stored at Brisbane (Australia) and moved to Toowoomba-Wellcamp Airport, QLD, Australia in Nov-20.

Due to the Pandemic, Virgin Australia had financial problems and decided to withdraw from long-haul services.  The aircraft was returned to the lessor in Mar-21.

It was ferried to Singapore the same month and then to Victorville, CA, USA for further storage in Apr-21.  It was re-registered VP-CKT in Sep-21 and remained stored at Victorville.

In Oct-22 the aircraft was ferried to Doha, Qatar.  After cabin reconfiguration it was leased, short-term, to Qatar Airways as A7-BOF in Dec-22.  Current, updated 25-Feb-23.
