G-TNTL British Aerospace B.Ae 146-300QT TNT Express Worldwide (Air Foyle) MAN 14APR95

            Replacing an earlier scanned print with a better version 29-Jul-20.

Basic TNT livery, no titles.

First flown in Jun-90 as a standard B.Ae 146-300 with the British Aerospace test registration G-BSGI, this aircraft was due for delivery to Discovery Airways (USA) as N885DV but the order was cancelled and the aircraft was stored.

It was converted to QT (Quiet Trader) freighter configuration with a main deck cargo door in Oct-90 and delivered to Air Foyle operating for TNT Express Worldwide in Dec-90.  It was withdrawn from service and stored at Prestwick, Scotland, UK in Sep-91.

The aircraft was re-registered as G-TNTL and returned to service in Feb-92.  In Apr-93 it was leased to TNT affiliate Pacific East Asia Cargo (Philippines) as RP-C479 and returned to Air Foyle / TNT Express Worldwide as G-TNTL in Oct-93.

In Mar-00 the aircraft was transferred to TNT Airways (Belgium) as OO-TAH.  In Sep-15 it was transferred to Pan Air Lineas Aereas, Spain (operating for TNT) as EC-MID.  Pan Air were merged into the ASL Group in May-16, and became ASL Airlines Spain, still operating on behalf of TNT.

The aircraft was sold to Jota Aviation UK as G-JOTD in Apr-18.  It was withdrawn from service in Mar-21 as a result of the downturn in business due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.  It was initially stored at Biggin Hill and moved to Cranfield in Apr-21 for further storage.

In early Aug-23 the aircraft was ferried to Fairbanks, AK, USA and sold to Everts Air as N146QT.  Now 33.5 years old it's currently stored at Fairbanks.  Updated 28-Feb-24.
