This House Was Once a Home - a photo on Flickriver

            This old house, located on Middle Wallens Creek Road between Stickleyville and Jonesville, Virginia is a popular photography subject here in Lee County. What was once a beautiful home, no doubt filled with the laughter of playing kids and loving families is now quiet and abandoned. I processed it in black and white to enhance the dilapidation. I also think it gives it a lonely characteristic as well.
