On our way to (eventually) check out a midtown Memphis landmark, but let's check in on something familiar first...

No promises on that "other landmark" I speak of in the photo title, but at least I've used some semi-unexpected downtime (see my comment at this photo, if you care to know the back story on that) to get a block of photos from mid-August 2022 freed from my phone! And while most of those photos are of that aforementioned other Midtown landmark subject, I got a few drive-by pics of this that day as well: the former Spin Street, originally Lowenstein's Department Store. You may remember Spin Street was a record store Retell Retail and myself documented the liquidation and closing of back in late 2017-early 2018.
