1912 about - Powder House Hill from Santa Rita Hotel (Scott and Broadway) Enlarged

I do not know when this photo was taken, but here are a few clues as I understand them: 1) The structure left center (tall roof and stepped parapets) is the Grace Episcopal Church, which was at the S.W. corner of Stone and Broadway. 2) The photo was probably taken from the roof of the Santa Rita Hotel (Scott and Broadway). The Hotel was built in 1903. 3) The two spires on the right were part of the original St Augustine Cathedral, but in 1903+ the structure was no longer owned by the Catholic Diocese (the new St Augustine Cathedral was built in 1897). I know that the spires were removed from the structure, but don't know when that occurred, 4) Broadway, in this photo, is not paved. Congress Street was the first paved road in Tucson, and it was paved in 1912. SOOOOO, the question remains ... when was the photo taken? I am thinking the photo was taken in the 1903 - 1909 time frame.
