            It was the Miyazaki International Airport's anniversary the day I was leaving Japan a few years ago. There were historical displays everywhere. Among them was this complete chronology of all the flight attendant uniforms of All Nippon Airlines down through the years. Like the layers of strata in the Grand Canyon, this is the record of the ANA stewardess' wardrobe.
