Trek to Everest View Hotel - a photo on Flickriver

Here's one of the scenes looking back down the valley as we trek from Namche Bazaar to Everest View Hotel.

The Everest View Hotel walk is a common "Acclimatization Trek" done from Namche to help the body adjust to the high altitude. Trekkers, climbers and mountaineers have the saying of walk/climb high and sleep low. What this means is for one to walk and reach a higher altitude then to descend and rest at a lower altitude. In doing this the body adapts to the higher altitude faster.

This walk was pretty awesome, alot of climbing but the spectacular views have started to kick in at this point.
