Big and small

            The standard gauge boxcar on the left compared to the narrow gauge car on the right. Freight transfer was costly, putting narrow gauge trucks under the standard gauge car and using the adapter couplers with the cars directly behind the tender the standard gauge cars moved nicely on the narrow gauge trackage.
