Egremont Promenade, Wallasey - a photo on Flickriver

            I always come down to the river before hitting the road back to Yorkshire. On this occasion, my car managed to flatten its battery! This lead to a wonderful three hours by the stormy river watching the waves crash against the promenade wall. The sun rise against the rough seas was a marvelous spectacle to behold. It's not everyday a broken down car is a blessing in disguise!
