He Pulled His Shirt Over His Head: Blue and Green: The Human Condition (Homeless Man, Miami Beach)

I am exploring Street Photography and the human condition. Many people are living on the street. His "home" in the first comment below. I saw this leaving my dermatology, yearly "cancer screening" appointment. I passed. He did not see me. H e was sitting like this, and as I was getting in my near by parked car, he pulled his shirt over his head, with no one nearby. Usually, I do ask people for permission to photograph them, but his body language so said "leave me alone". I decided it was okay to take a quick photo. He can't be identified, because you can't see his face. Usually I get the permission of homeless people and offer to pay them for the opportunity to take their portraits.

All critiques very welcome.

Sad scene here. But I love the curve of his body, echoed by the curves of the tree, the blue and the green, the horizontal of his lower leg, paralelling the street beind, the straight lines off to the left, vs. the curves of his body and the tree limbs. He is framed between the two yellow cabs on the street.
