            Alexandra and I were in a real groove, 2012. Shot in the desert, at the beach, on top of a dam, at the Getty...but the best was probably...well, it was the desert. But the second-best? That time we shot at the Mustang Motel, where they saw me arrive with two women and insisted I had to pay for the room by the hour. 

Where the jacuzzi was mere feet away from the bed. Where all of the surfaces were...sticky? And the sheets were...stiff? 

It was a blast. The lights, the mirrors, I MEAN. If you had to find a spot for an afternoon tryst with a prostitute, you could do a lot worse. 

When I think of sex with prostitutes, I certainly do not think of heart-shaped jacuzzis and mirrors on the ceiling. 

Turns out, I was really underestimating that part of the experience! This room was a real hoot. We shot every inch of it, laughing the whole time. I cannot recommend that place enough...but maybe pay in cash, just in case.
