The Dark Side Of The Sky - a photo on Flickriver

I know, it's a "bit" Dark... :-)

It's not the first time I upload a stron contrasted black and white image like this, but I fell in love with this kind of art some time ago when I visited Joel Tjintjelaar Photostream. I would suggest to have a tour on his photostream, since he has posted a lot of awesome B&W images.

Non è la prima volta che carico un'immagine di questo tipo, mi innamorai di questa tecnica di post-produzione un po' di tempo fa visitando il Photostream di Joel Tjintjelaar. Vi suggerisco di dare uno sguardo alla sua galleria, perché contiene molti fantastici lavori in B&N per chi ama il genere.

Exposure: Multiple Exposures Stacked (all between 60s and 120s)

Filter: B+W ND110
Post Processing: stacking of multiple exposures in PhotoShop, a small crop and then a lot of work (few hours) in PS and Silver Efex Pro to enhance contrasts both globally and on local spots (using masks).
