I am clean.....

            I could turn my life into a work of art... hang the pictures on the walls of your heart, but will you see that it was you that betrayed me. Will you see the disease you gave me? will you look at my work, on the walls of your black little heart and see it was your lies that tore us apart... Will you see how worthless you made me feel, when all I gave was a love that pure .... you were the boy I adored.... now not no more. You were the thing that ruined me..... congratulations on your world, full of make believe ... lies you tell, the mind you warp so well. Strap up my arm, disarm me with your charm, you know just what to do to make me fall for you... you creep back in, and I listen to the melody that you sing. Take off that string, you don't deserve it, you didn't earn it, and all you did was abuse it.  Take your memories and burn them, let the embers of the laughs and summer days of past, sting your skin, then see the ash float on the breeze and know I am free............ you didn't kill me, you made me sad, you made me cry, you made me want to die, you made me doubt me, you made me see.....
