The Rush 4217 - a photo on Flickriver

The Rush 4217

            I don't know if it's their "rush" or mine... Honestly, this courtship behavior among the grebes is SO exciting to witness, and it does go quickly - for only a few seconds do they rush across the water before ending in a dive. You might note their fancy footwork is perfectly synchronized in this image.
