This looks to be a copy of the original, as someone has hand coloured (pencil crayon) the 1962 Land Use Classifications along the Red River in Winnipeg. The classifications are as follows:

Urban residential (Yellow), Industrial (Grey), Vacant land both undeveloped and those parcels held for service access to the rivers (Blue), Municipal parks and municipal land leased to private clubs (Green), Metro parks (Green), Land owned by private clubs (Green) Provincial Park land (Green), Farms Market Gardens and Wooded Areas in Private Ownership (Brown) Zoned Flood Plain Land (Red Line), Total Green Area Designated as Open Space (Green)
