The dead tree?

            Wenn die Wurzeln nicht vertrocknet sind,
ist der Baum noch nicht tot.


Buddhistische Weisheit

Hier eine kleine Baum-Meditation,
die ich 1995 geschrieben habe:

Der Baum (die Heilung)

Ich sehe einen Baum, einen traurigen Baum,
ich komme ihm näher, diesem Baum.

Sein Stamm ist hohl, leblos sieht er aus.
Eine Stimme ruft mich, so hilf mir doch, so hilf mir doch.

Ich trete näher zu diesem Baum,
du bist mein Freund, gern helfe ich dir.
Ich gleite hinunter in seinen Stamm.
Ich spüre Wasser, Freude, ich spüre Wasser,
du bist nicht tot, du lebst, ja, du lebst.

Das Wachstum beginnt.
Unter mir füllt sich der Stamm,
ich werde nach oben getragen, ich werde nach oben getragen.

Der Stamm ist gesund, jetzt folgen die Äste,
eine wunderschöne Krone bildet sich, Freude erfüllt mich.

Die Blätter und Früchte, kaum kann ich es erwarten,
er ist gesund, mein Freund der Baum, er ist gesund.

Ein grüner Teppich umschließt seine Wurzeln,
es gesellen sich Blumen und Bienen zu ihm.
In seiner Krone schaukeln die Vögel,
er ist gesund, ich gehöre zu ihm.
