356 2019 a short walk before the rain came again

            We drove to Coln for the service this morning, as we were a bit late and were stewarding. It was a good service, with a reasonable attendance- including two couples who are getting married in the church next year, and quite a few people stayed and chatted over coffee/tea afterwards, which is always good.

There was a brief bit of sunshine in the afternoon, so I went for a short walk to the river, to take photos - and got home just in time, before the rain returned.

Mike was taking the carol service at Castle Eaton this evening, but I was too tired to go with him. We also had our Christmas meal arrive in the afternoon, from Gareth & Lolly via Ocado :-)
