Red/Orange Cliff Walls Seen While Walking the Chimney Rock Loop (Black & White, Capitol Reef National Park)

            A point not far from the end (or beginning, depending on one's perspective) of the Chimney Rock Loop. One of the many things I'd seen on this first day in Capitol Reef National Park was the towering cliff walls of the Waterpocket Fold to the east as I either drove or hiked around different points of this national park. Here I just wanted to capture those towering cliff walls to the northwest as I was walking back along this hiking trail. I later converted to black & white using Silver Efex Pro 2 using an Antique Portrait recipe along with some adjustments to the color filters to bring out a much richer tonal contrast for the final image.
