A tangled Mess

            I had so many titles in my mind for this image.
- Rock, Metal, Wood and the human footprint.
- The Maw of a Giant Earthworm.
- A wet junkyard, to name a few.
These all came to mind after I saw the image on screen.
While I was there I didn't really realize what I was photographing.The log is cut by a chainsaw. This being a telephoto shot from across the opposing bank, I didn't see the beer can on my flip screen.
It was not the only beer can that I found, What else? Oh yeah, a shoe. 
It is to be expected, we're in a popular day use area at the confluence of two mountain streams.
But credit the river, it moved all this stuff here from somewhere else and eventually it is going to move it all further downstream.
