Sombre Shadows - Fausses Fleurs. - a photo on Flickriver

            My eye was drawn to this small scene repeatedly and I did not comprehend the reason, then suddenly I saw why.
The shadows of plants in the border were being cast onto some patio paving slabs that had lichen growing on them.
