Spring is coming - a photo on Flickriver

            This is an image from last Spring, taken on a cold morning at the Wood Show Tulip Fields.  I admit, I shot here a lot, every year.  I am looking forward to a season pass again this year too.  As I am looking forward to this year, I started looking through the images form last year.  I saw this little guy and thought I would get everyone in the mood for Spring.  

It gets hard to shoot the same place several times, and yet still look for new compositions.  I don't do  lot of close up work, in fact most of my images from here are sweeping landscapes.  This close up was me trying new things.  I loved the water drops on the flowers and tried to get those as sharp as I could, and as low as I could to make them look giant.  It was fun.  Not my best work, but I like the final product.
