Waterbury, CT Death Scene - a photo on Flickriver

            An impaired driver leaves a trail of devastation in Waterbury, CT killing my 8 yr old grandson, Royel Taft on July 14, 2006. Waterbury, Connecticut. Natasha Kinion pled guilty to 1st degree Manslaughter and Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession with intent to sell Crack Cocauine Crack Cocaine charges and was sentenced in Waterbury Superior Court, September 05, 2008 to 25 years suspended after 14 years in prison and 5 years of probation. It was her 5th felony conviction and the first time being sentenced to a prison term. Her Attorney argued that his client was the product of a broken home and had lost her mother at a young age. Her crimes could have resulted in a 30 year prison term, however, a PLEA DEAL was made between her attorney, Martin Minella and the Office of The State's Attorney in Waterbury, CT.
