Arzew’s seafront (Algeria) and the fences blocking the access to the port. Those wire fences have been set up for securities issues but also to dissuade “Haragas” (candidates to illegal immigration) which try to hide in ships (tankers) which will travel over oceans toward main occidentals ports.

Le front de mer d’Arzew (Algérie) et les grillages empêchant l’accès au port. Ces barrières ont été installées aussi bien pour des questions de sécurité que pour dissuader les « haragas » (candidats à l’immigration clandestine) qui tentent de se cacher dans les navires (tankers) qui se dirigeront vers les principaux ports marchands des pays occidentaux.
