MARTIAL EAGLE (Polemaetus bellicosus)......MASAI MARA......OCT 2015

            This shot of Martial Eagle was captured during my return visit to Masai Mara. Oct 2015. While staying at Mara Serena we had to leave the trans mara area to look for the big cats unfortunately this year the number of lions,cheetah and leopards seen was the lowest photographed.While driving around we came across this eagle who had recently hunted a wild hare and was enjoying its meal under the shade of a tree undisturbed till we got there.....the stare tell all the story !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....
