111 - a photo on Flickriver

111

            Well 101 didn't have a number I could see so 111 was the best I could manage.  (Further research shows 101 is actually the Costa Coffee and the numbers are not displayed on the majority of shops).

Maybe this is why the number wasn't obvious - - 
In George Orwell's "1984", Room 101 is the ultimate form of torture and brainwashing. It is a place that scares people so badly that they will do anything they are told. It severs ties between people and causes them to betray each other.

It is also common to find 13 is missing due to the association with "bad luck"
