Sunset Samson - a photo on Flickriver

Sunset Samson

            My first upload of a photo from my new Nikon D50. I'm pretty pleased with it, however the H&W lettering looks (in the thumbnail) to be blurred. It's only because the lettering is offset from the main structure of the crane, and hence the blur is from the shadow created by the H&W. I'd never noticed this before, but take a look at the large or full size.

I haven't been able to get out and about, so all the other photos with the new camera are of plants in the garden, the TV, corners of the living room, and I'm making good progress on photos of Venetian blinds.
