One Moment - Koto City - a photo on Flickriver

            A little contre jour moment from Toyosu Park, Koto City, Tokyo, Japan.

Much land reclamation work has taken place here. Behind the camera is a very large shopping complex but there seemed to be more folk at the little pop-up fruit and veg market here in the little plaza. Not sure what the body of water is called but it's an extension of the bay / the river.
