Leica IIIa (model G) - a photo on Flickriver

            My first Leica, made in 1936, bought at the photog swap meet in Winter Park, Florida, Feb. 23, 2014. It was covered with a thick layer of tobacco tar and it has a ding and quite a few bright marks, but except for the slow speeds its shutter seems to be right on, the viewfinder and rangefinder windows are clear and bright, and the vulcanite is in very good condition. The 5cm f/2 Summar lens is cloudy, as many of them are, but I'll see what kind of photos it takes, B/W first.
