Oliver: (Intro) "My name is Oliver Queen. To my family, I am the brother and son who just returned home after being lost at sea five years ago. They don't know I came back with a mission to bring justice to our city...and they never can. The men and women I have targeted are dangerous, corrupt - a cancer. Oliver: "Go ahead. They can't hear you." (Drops guns on floor)
James Holder: "What the hell do you want?!"
Oliver: "How many people died in those fires? HOW MANY?! The courts say you don't owe your victims anything. I disagree. James Holder, you have failed this -"
