Rainbow Spoked Wheel_A7R5777 - a photo on Flickriver

            I don't think Ive ever witnessed a rainbow doing this.  Not that the rainbow is active and sentient.  I suppose this is sunlight being refracted by rain and being concentrated somehow.  It's pretty much above my paygrade to explain the physics of this display.
