Cooling off in the fountain - a photo on Flickriver

            A young kid cools off in the fountain at Christian Science Plaza in Boston, MA on a beautiful fall day.

Taken while on a Boston photo walk earlier today with Don Sullivan and Larry White. It was a great day to be out and snapping!

Tech note: this photo was taken with a thick stack of filters -- a circular polarizer plus two ND filters (.6 and .9) to slow down the water and intensify the colors. The camera was sitting on a stone ledge.
