day 131 - a photo on Flickriver

day 131

            may 10 2008.
so i missed another day in my 365, but as you can tell from this picture i have good reason. 
On Friday May 9 i woke up feeling under the weather and by mid afternoon i had flu like symptoms and notice i have strong abdominal pain. 
i was basically in bed for the entire day drifting in and out of sleep.  
I woke on Saturday feeling much better, but the abdominal pain was still there and my boyfriend worried something might be wrong with my appendix said i should go to the walk in clinic. so i did. 
The doctor there said that the location of the pain i had wasn't in my appendix area, but it could be early signs. He said it could also be pressure from gas and to go home take some Maalox and if i still felt the same to go to the hospital. 
So at 8pm me and my boyfriend left to go to the hospital and had to wait until 1:30am to see a doctor. 
She examined me and took a pap test and said that my cervix looks inflamed and red and i most likely have a bacterial infection. 
So she gave me some meds and told me the results will be ready on Wed so i can find out what i have. 
so right now i'm just taking it easy and eating soup and watching the TV.
