La Maison dansante, ou « dancing house » en anglais et « dum Tančící » en tchèque, est le petit nom donné à l’immeuble Nationale-Nederlanden, un immeuble de bureaux du centre de Prague.

L’édifice est appelé métaphoriquement "Ginger et Fred". Il reçut cette dénomination grâce à ses tours qui rappellent aux figures des danseurs Ginger Rogers et Fred Astaire. La tour en pierre représente le danseur et la tour en verre, sa partenaire.

Construite en 1996, cette « maison » elle est l’œuvre conjointe de l’architecte tchèque d’origine croate Vlado Milunić et du célèbre architecte américano-canadien Frank Gehry.

The Dancing House, and “dum Tančící” in Czech, is the nickname given to the Nationale-Nederlanden building, an office building in the center of Prague.

The building is metaphorically called "Ginger and Fred". He received this name thanks to his tricks which remind the figures of dancers Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire. The stone tower represents the dancer and the glass tower, his partner.

Built in 1996, this “house” is the joint work of the Czech architect of Croatian origin Vlado Milunić and the famous American-Canadian architect Frank Gehry.
