Railway Bridge - Kalk Bay - a photo on Flickriver

Created for Saturday Self-Challenge ~ Bridges.

After not being allowed to take the picture of the beautiful bridge that I found, I had to go to next best, and this is the railway bridge across the beach next to Kalk Bay harbour on the Cape Peninsula. This was built about 110 years ago, for the railway line that was set up between Cape Town and Simon's Town which is the naval headquarters.
