Mare at Blimsands Beach, Vigra Island.

            A rainy day and a meander to the beach near my cousin's place at Vigra, Sunnmore.  I came upon a group of horses in the rain. They were really quite friendly, and it was nice to meet them.  What's tricky is that animal paddocks aren't enclosed by traditional fences.  Instead, they're wired, and there's current running through the wires. I was really eager to meet the locals, and they were eager to meet a stranger, but it was a delicate act to do so. One of the mares managed to shock herself. Much bucking and snorting ensued.
