Minervois for Minerva or Minerval Preparation 3 of 5

            With the frost still sharp on the ground and a bite in the morning air it was time to record last night’s diligent preparations.  The rich red wine confirmed our intent.  The wonderful aroma took our aspirations into the ether.  The night held our secrets close and the morning lit our way towards fulfilment.  Thursday morning has dawned and Minervals are scheduled for Saturday.  The world turns and time progresses and all is good.
