A Magical Sunrise

            There is no doubt these are intelligent creatures.  You can see it in their eyes.  The Snowy Owl is perhaps the most impressive species of raptor that I have ever had the pleasure to witness and photograph in the wild.  And, spotting one of these creatures on top a sand dune as the sun is gently rising over the horizon and spilling its orange light onto the day is an experience that no one who has not experienced it will understand.
