The Wild Bunch

            A group of about 15 to 20 California sea lions have been calling Vancouver's Coal Harbour home since early last December. I figured I'd better get down for some shots of them before they decide to leave. When I arrived at Stanley Park I could only see one of them. But just East of the rowing club I found a group of onlookers all watching the sea lions diving and fishing by a nearby dock! A spokesperson from the Vancouver Aquarium seemed to think that being an El Nino year the sea lions are following prey further North.
