THE MOMENT blew me away - a photo on Flickriver

I have lost the count of the days since I last visited Flickr. But it is good to be back. And a BIG sorry for not being in touch with you all for almost a month now. Hope to view your post by today evening :)

As promised in my last post, this is my first attempt through 10-stop ND filter. Tried executing one of the ideas I had since the time I first thought of buying it.

The sun was pretty harsh on me that day as I wished there were clouds to avoid the over exposed section of this picture.

Anyways, used my shoes as the prop to convey the message of the image's caption. Due to the waves that day, it became really impossible to bring both pairs of my shoes and the deserted pier into one frame without risking one of them. Didn't take much of a chance.

However considering it my first attempt, I quite like the image. Hopefully it conveys the same message what it claims....What say???
