It's Freezing Out Here - a photo on Flickriver

Even though it's not snowing here in Guildford any more but it is freezing like hell. Anyways, unlike last year, I want to share more pics from the season with you all so still continuing with the snow series.

Tried my 35mm lens on D800 for the first time. It is brilliant focal length on FF and the DOF(shallow) I get on Fx is better than DX considering the same distance between subject and camera. I quite liked the lens on my D90 and I am even more amazed to see the results now. It's fun to play with while capturing closeups as it has one of the closest focus distance.

Let me know if you also own one of these and how do you feel about this focal lenght.
