Snowy Owl!

            I know it's not as fabulous as some of the snowy shots I've been seeing from the other local folks, but this is my shot!  And WOW was this bird impressive in person!!  I spent a good amount of time creeping up on this guy and then sadly had the wrong ISO set on my camera. I swear one of these days I'll actually look at the settings before getting too excited and wrapped up in my surroundings to check them again. 

To say I was giddy after seeing this gorgeous creature is an understatement. My young one thought I was a little bit crazy...true story. Hopefully I'll have another opportunity to shoot them again before they move on. But for now, this is my shot...Eeeeeee!!! I saw a snowy owl!! :)
