            True story: My mother died in 2022 aged 89. A few years before she died, she received a phone call from a woman she did not know. The woman said, "I found your name on Facebook. Did you know George Robichaud?"
“George Robichaud, OMG, yes, I dated him in my 20s before I met my husband, how is he?”
The woman replied, “I am his sister. I’m sorry to inform you that he died this week. But before he died – on his deathbed – he asked me to contact you, and to tell you that you were the only woman he ever truly loved in his life.”
