A Tree Trunk and the Golden Sea - a photo on Flickriver

            A tree trunk at the Ishikari Beach (Ishikari, Hokkaido, Japan), seen about one hour before sunset in spectacular golden light. The beach is located on a narrow stretch of land between the Ishikari River and the Sea of Japan. During summer, it is one of the popular beaches in the region, just a short trip away from Sapporo.
