Crookwell Line Bridge - a photo on Flickriver

            The view looking through the fence at the northern end of the impressive steel girder bridge over the Wollondilly River in the north-eastern suburbs of Goulburn. This view is looking southwards, towards Goulburn.

The Crookwell Branch was a branch line between Goulburn and Crookwell used to transport produce from farms into Goulburn (and on to Sydney). The line was closed in the 1980's due to the declining role of regional rail. Much of the line is still intact, save for isolated sections where level crossings have been removed.
