By the way, the star at the top of the dome of the Frauenkirche cannot be seen there permanently, but only shines there in winter and especially around Christmas time. I don't know if it's still hanging there, but I don't think so.
That's why I thought, before I can devote myself to the arrival of spring, I finally have to publish this Christmas symbol.
This view of the Frauenkirche from George's gate (these two Soldiers in the foreground are flanking it) is one of the most popular in Dresden. I too have capture it at least 5 times already. So you definitely won't win a prize for innovation with this composition.
But I just like it too much to bother and stop.

Der Stern oben in der Kuppel der Frauenkirche ist übrigens nicht permanent dort zu sehen, sondern erstrahlt dort nur im Winter und speziell um die Weihnachtszeit. Ich weiß garnicht, ob er jewtzt immer noch dort hängt, glaube das jedoch nicht.
Darum dachte ich, bevor ich mich der Ankunft des Frühlings widmen kann, muss ich dieses weihnachtliche Symbol jetzt endlich mal veröffentlichen.
Dieser Blickwinkel auf die Frauenkirche vom Georgentor aus (diese beiden Soldaten im Vordergrund flankieren es) ist einer der beliebtesten von Dresden. Auch ich habe ihn schon mindestens 5 Mal festgehalten. Also einen Preis für Innovation gewinnt man mit dieser Komposition garantiert nicht mehr.
Doch sie gefällt mir einfach zu gut, um mich daran zu stören und damit aufzuhören.
